Celebration Church is one of the largest, fastest-growing churches in America. As such, we are constantly working on keeping our “big church” small. That is, the bigger it gets, the more emphasis we place on helping individuals to connect into small groups and relationships that feed the need for fellowship!
In High School ministry, this need is particularly strong. We host one of the largest (and most AWESOME 
) youth groups I know of, across three campuses!
To keep the value on relationships high in Element, we are introducing a new movement called “Life Coaches.” In a nutshell, we are assigning our students to teams. Every team will have a coach. A student’s Life Coach will be his/her “go to” leader for prayer and encouragement! We want to grow our large group into a movement of teams. These teams will come together on Wednesdays at Element to worship God, pray together, get stoked on God, study the Bible, etc.
As a parent, you will be noticing a leader from Element who begins calling your house, looking to speak with your son/daughter. That would be your Life Coach in action! I encourage you to speak with them, ask questions, and get to know them. They will be speaking into your students’ life, and helping you keep them fired-up for God!
As the movement grows over the coming months, we are believing God to do great things. Through our Element Teams, we will be doing community service throughout NE Florida, and winning souls in every high school, all in the Name of Jesus!
