Great Christmas Giveaway Party, hosted by FUSE!

FUSE is hosting a Christmas party at the Springfield Dream Center on Saturday, December 19th, to deliver the toys, chow down, and hang out with the kids from around Springfield! 

Time: Saturday, December 19th, from 11am-1pm

Location: the Springfield Dream Center: 600 East Fourth Street, Jacksonville

No registration is necessary.  Come ready to play basketball, flag football, and chow down on hot dogs.

CAMPUSES: each campus has an outreach for your own community.  We are encouraging all students from FUSE to participate in their campus’ outreach!  Hang with your crew!  However, if you’d like to join us on the 19th as well, all campuses are welcome!

Season of Hope

What up, Awesome Parents?!

Season of Hope is Celebration’s annual Holiday Outreach.  We serve our local campus communities through meal drives, service projects, and Christmas parties.

I’d love to encourage you to get involved with your students this year!  My family and I had an incredible experience delivering meals.  We plan to do it again this year.  It’s awesome to serve those in need, and it models to your kids the true “reason for the Season:” that God gave us His Son, so that we might live forever in heaven with Him!  MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

What’s Up, Awesome Parents?!

I’m stoked: we launched a new midweek message series on Parenting, beginning on Wednesday, September 2nd!  This is a great opportunity to study some principles of parenting that God has provided for us. Some of the topics we will be exploring include prioritizing, discipline, and producing action steps toward spiritual growth!  Find more info here!

We had an incredible summer camp a couple of weeks ago.  God is doing some amazing things in our Youth!  One of the things that keeps us going is to “celebrate the wins.”  It’s super encouraging to take a moment to rejoyce in what God is doing!

I just wanted to say thank you for letting me come to submerge.  It means a lot to me because I know that you know what our family is going through.  You guys helped my situation so much with having faith.  A lot is going on at home and I try to keep my faith but I am not going to lie it has been very challenging.  But since I went there and experienced the things that I saw and the things that were happening to me I can honestly say that I have never been so confident.  Not only confident that there is a God but confident that he is there for me.  I can honestly say without hesitation that you guys changed my life.  Thank you.

Camp is drawing near!

Submerge summer camp is drawing near.  We are stoked about whisking away our students for a few days of chasing God together at Southwind Retreat Center in Ocala!  God’s got big plans for our Youth!

I wanted to remind you that you can still register your student for camp! Registration has been extended to August 10th.  You can register online at www.celebration.org under “Latest News/Youth Summer Camp” or at your Resource Center.  There’s even a link to check out the facilities and abundance of activites that will be available to your student at Southwind!

Welcome, Tiffany Vail!

Hello, Incredible Parents!

It’s my pleasure to introduce to you our new Student Ministries Administrator, Tiffany Vail!! AWWW YEAH!!

Tiffany and her husband, Jason, have four kids.  They have been serving faithfully in our Youth Ministry at Midtown.  Tiffany is awesomely gifted in management and admin.  We are stoked to have her on the Youth Team!

Our former administrator, Debbie Heald, has moved over to the St. John’s Campus, where she and her husband, Dennis, are now serving as Campus Pastors!  Congrats, Debbie!

Tiffany is taking Debbie’s place as your primary contact for youth events.  You can reach her at tvail@celebration.org; (904) 737-1121!  Please take a few minutes to introduce yourself to her next time you are at MT!

Parent Connect Group at Midtown

Our Parent Connect Group at Midtown has re-launched!  The group is meeting on Wednesday nights in Classroom G, before Fuse, from 6-645PM.

The Parent Connect Group is simply a time to pray for our kids and our youth ministry.  If you need prayer for your family, or if you are passionate about praying for our youth, please come join us!  We are also looking for volunteers, especially couples, who are able to encourage other parents with their experience raising kids in Christ.
